Chef Jerome Dulas

Jerome Dulas

Pastry chef Jérôme is a native from the Southwest of France better known as close to Bordeaux. Realizing his passion for the art of pastries, Jérôme entered cooking school at the tender age of 15. Upon graduating in 1999, he then went on to work in various bakeries throughout France. In 2000, Jérôme nobly served his country as a pastry chef for the air force general. After his tour of duty was completed, Jérôme decided to venture out of France and landed in the U.S. First stop, The Central in Denver, where he worked with Chef Chris Lunch.

In Denver Jerome invested in himself, he worked as pastry chef, cook, waiter and manager in the dining room. He likes doing everything , he’s very passionate of his job. His travels then took him to Sarasota Florida to the French bakery, C’est La Vie. Searching more travel. 

Jérôme discovered Club Med in 2004 and worked for 7 years as a Pastry chef in numerous resort in France, Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Turks and Caicos Islands, Sicilia, Portugal, Guadeloupe, French Indies.

After a while Jerome decided to comeback in United States. First he worked as a Pastry chef  at C'est la Vie in Sarasota and after 3 years, he decided to open his own Bakery Restaurant.

After 7 years of success, Jerome decided to move on to create a different concept, a Cafe & Bakery with a twist of modernism.

​Jerome's Cafe & Bakery is born, Jerome and his staff will offer some" Viennoiserie", savory croissants, crepes ( white or buckwheat ), sandwiches and also French pastries with many Gluten free recipes and classic one.

Later on Jerome will offer Keto recipe to the menu and also offer some pastry class to anyone.

Most of the ingredients will come from around the world. Jerome and his team will create recipes with flavors from country Jerome visited. We would like to mention to everyone "because of the diversity of the ingredients you won't find 100% of the same taste as you had in France.

Jerome and his team will use Eco-Friendly supplies for Coffee cup, To go box for pastries, sandwiches and salad.
